For public agencies
Government accounts
We work with public bodies through their own purchasing rules: vendor registration, written quotes, purchase orders and the documentation an auditor will expect to see.
Agencies we work with
- Cities and counties
- Public buildings, parks, vehicles and property under public control.
- Public housing authorities
- Unit recovery after deaths and drug use, with sampling results for drug residue.
- Law enforcement
- Patrol vehicles, holding areas and facilities, after release.
- Schools and universities
- Incidents in buildings, buses and grounds, scheduled around classes.
- Corrections and public transit
- Secure and high-traffic facilities, with access arranged by the agency.
How purchasing usually works
Small purchases are often made on a single quote, while larger jobs go to competitive quotes or a formal bid. Thresholds are set by each agency's own rules and, for federally funded work such as public housing, by federal procurement rules. We can provide a written quote sized to the scope, and we will tell you if a job looks likely to cross your threshold.
Before a first job, most agencies need a W-9, certificates of insurance and vendor registration in their system. We can complete these ahead of time.
Documentation
Each job ends with a written scope, a summary of what was removed and how waste was handled, photographs where appropriate, and an invoice referencing your purchase order.
