For businesses

Corporate accounts

For organizations that manage many units, buildings or locations, the time to choose a biohazard cleanup vendor is before an incident. A corporate account puts the paperwork in place ahead of time so a call is all it takes.

Who this is for

Property and apartment management
Unit recovery after deaths, injuries and drug use, with documentation for the resident file.
Hotels and hospitality
Quiet room recovery and a written summary for the property.
Healthcare and senior living
Non-clinical areas, common spaces and resident units, scheduled with facility staff.
Industrial, warehouse and retail
Workplace incidents contained around a working operation, with records for your safety file.
Facility management and insurance partners
A single vendor contact for incidents across a portfolio.

What an account sets up

  1. Vendor onboarding. We complete your vendor packet: W-9, certificates of insurance, and any safety documentation you require.
  2. One contact procedure. Your teams get one number and a short incident checklist so site staff know what to do and what not to touch.
  3. Agreed documentation. We agree in advance what you need after each job: scope, photographs, waste handling summary, invoice format.
  4. Invoicing. Billing to the property, the region or a central accounts-payable address, as you prefer.
